Join us at Waters Edge Winery and Bistro in Lake Highlands for a culinary experience from a galaxy far, far away! This interstellar evening will feature a multi-course dinner inspired by iconic Star Wars characters, planets, and stories—each dish carefully crafted to transport your taste buds into hyperspace.

From the swamps of Dagobah to the deserts of Tatooine, every course brings a fun and flavorful twist to classic favorites. Each dish will be expertly paired with wines from the Water’s Edge catalog, hand-selected to complement your journey through the stars.

Whether you fight for the Light Side or are tempted by the Dark, there's something for every Jedi, Sith, smuggler, and droid.

Costumes are encouraged—robes, blasters (peace-bonded, of course), and lightsabers welcome. May the fork be with you!

 

6 course meal inclusive of wine pairings and a sweet treat to end the evening.  With seatings from 4:30 - 7pm and live music from 3-6, there's someone for everyone to enjoy.  Patrons will receive a complimentary Star Wars Themed wine glass with your ticket.
